Scooter VIN or serial number, model, request notes, and any photos or files you submit

Payment status and Stripe transaction references; full card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by us
IP address, browser and device information, referral data, and website usage events for security, fraud prevention, and analytics

With NIU or relevant manufacturer support when necessary to process the unbind
With Stripe for payment processing

You may ask us to delete your data. We will remove or anonymize data we no longer need, subject to legal, accounting, security, dispute, and backup-retention requirements. Stripe keeps payment records under its own retention obligations.
